If this wine was a sound it would be a clacson. Since we’ve released it it’s been making a big noise that puts wines many times it’s price to shame. That’s because we apply the same principles to it as the rest of our wine. Keep it simple, make it natural and make it enjoyable.

Fruits, both red and white. Pear, strawberry, a hint of apple. Although we’re not sure it counts as one of your five a day.

You could have it with a barbeque and you’ll be glad you did. But you could also have it sitting on the sofa with a cheese board and figs. If you can’t find a cheeseboard or figs just have it sitting on the sofa, it tastes great with a sofa.
