Nord Sud - Viognier

We believe that if you treat the grapes well they will give you more in the bottle. In the case of Nord Sud we plant the vines from North to South. So the grapes are protected from the midday sun. They like that. Then we only harvest them at night, when it’s cooler, and they are crisper and happier. They also like that. It leads to a wine that is fresher and crisper. And you’ll like that.

If you’re wondering what fruit you’re tasting it’s probably pear. You might also sense the acacia. But maybe you won’t. And that’s OK because it will still taste fresh and maybe even a little tangy.

Fish, fresh and grilled. And definitely Oriental cuisine. And for the best of all, fresh fish grilled Asian style.
