Our ‘Connemara’ Saint-Chinian celebrates the wild beauty of two regions – Saint-Chinian in the South of France, and Connemara in the West of Ireland. Ireland, my homeland has been associated with the story of French wines over many centuries – as a Franco Irish couple we are writing a new chapter.

Vinification and aging
Dawn harvesting with careful parcel selection. Vinification and aging in stainless steel tanks to preserve the fruit. Fermentation with temperatures not passing 25-26 °C ensures an elegance to the wine.
An intense nose characterized by notes of blackcurrant and spices expressing the nature of the garrigue. Rich, ripe fruit character, elegant and complex with silky tannins with aromas of cedar and sandalwood on the finish.
Serve with roast Irish spring lamb or a French artisanal cheeseboard. Serve at 18°C.
