Aged in new French oak barrels this Syrah is full-bodied yet elegant with black cherry flavours and a peppery note.

Night-time harvesting, destemming, long, temperature-controlled fermentation
Aged for 12 months in French oak barrels (45%).
Fining and light filtration before bottling.
This wine is full bodied and distinctive with mature fruit and spice that is so characteristic of our Syrah. Complex layers of black cherry, pepper and spice combined with rounded tannins make a very complete and satisfying wine.
Delicious now but will develop well for up to 5 years.
Best served between 14° – 16°C.
Pair with traditional meat dishes, grilled meats and mature cheeses.
