The uniquely French concept of 'terroirs' or classifieds oils ensures low yields of intensely flavoured grapes.
Laurent Miquel, a talented young winemaker, hand selects the best Syrah (Shiraz) and Grenache grapes from his family estate near Beziers in the South of France.
He crafts this premium blend as a testament to the unique 'terroir' to reveal ripe berry flavours and elegant tannins. Enjoy with dishes such as peking duck,warm goats cheese salad or vegetable lasagne.

Tasting notes :
Typical Southern French blend with dominant spicy Syrah and juicy full grenache. This wine offers a ripe nose of red fruits, with delicious mocha herbs and spices. The palate is mellow with intense berry flavourw and characteristic rosemary, thyme and floral notes. A real taste of the garrigue.
