Modern vinification with must clarification at 8°C, yeast selection and temperature-controlled fermentation (14 to 17°C), 25 days fermentation, fining, light filtration before bottling.
Invigorating red fruit flavours with a round, mellow structure, fresh on the nose on the finish. This is the perfect rosé to accompany fine cuisine.
An elegant match for cold meats, chicken dishes and fish.
Ready to drink. Best served at 12 – 14 °C.
